Built by Passion
Driven By Decision
Built, Not Bought.
Woytek Auto wasn’t created overnight — it was built through years of hands-on work, long nights, real mistakes, and earned experience.
The journey began at 16 years old, working on a 1996 Ford F-150, where curiosity quickly turned into discipline and obsession with understanding how vehicles truly operate — not just how to replace parts.
That foundation led to:
-
Formal automotive education
-
Real-world dealership and shop experience
-
Hands-on work across Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram platforms
-
Exposure to everything from basic maintenance to complex diagnostics and performance issues
Along the way, I saw the reality of the industry:
-
Rushed diagnostics
-
Unnecessary upsells
-
Customers left confused or overcharged
-
Good work buried under bad business practices
Instead of accepting that standard, I chose to build something better.
Why Woytek Auto Exists
Woytek Auto was founded on a simple principle:
Accuracy before action. Honesty before profit. Pride before shortcuts.
Every vehicle is treated as if it were my own. That means:
-
Diagnosing the root cause, not symptoms
-
Explaining issues clearly and honestly
-
Recommending only what is necessary
-
Standing behind the work performed
No smoke screens. No pressure. No guessing.
More Than a Shop
Woytek Auto is not just a service — it’s a reflection of how I operate in every area of life and work.
The same discipline, structure, and accountability that built this business also fuels Reel Legacy™ — a long-term vision centered on documenting real work, real growth, and the pursuit of building something that lasts.
Woytek Auto represents the execution side of that vision:
-
Real labor
-
Real responsibility
-
Real results
Every repair, diagnosis, and performance decision contributes to a standard that doesn’t bend when no one is watching.
The Standard
I don’t chase volume.
I don’t cut corners.
I don’t do work I wouldn’t stand behind publicly.
I built Woytek Auto for customers who value:
-
Straight answers
-
Skilled diagnostics
-
Long-term reliability
-
Respect for their time and investment
If you care about your vehicle and want the job done right — you’re in the right place.
Joshua Woytek — Founder & Lead Technician
From a very young age, I was inspired to create and grow my own business. Both of my parents were self-employed by the age of 21, and growing up around small business ownership showed me firsthand the discipline, sacrifice, and values it takes to build something from the ground up.
At the start of high school, I joined the FFA program, where I earned enough money to buy my first truck — a 1996 Ford F-150. Like most older vehicles, it came with its fair share of problems. While working a minimum-wage job at Carl’s Jr., I couldn’t afford to take the truck to a repair shop, so I took it upon myself to learn how to fix it.
That necessity sparked a deeper passion.
I began researching repairs on my own and enrolled in the automotive program throughout high school, developing a strong foundation in modern vehicle technology. During this time, my interests grew toward off-road performance, engine diagnostics, and automotive systems, shaping the direction of my future career.
To further advance my skills, I attended Texas State Technical College in Waco, Texas, where I focused on diagnostics, workmanship, and real-world automotive problem solving. While completing the MOPAR CAP Program, I worked at a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in San Antonio, TX, gaining hands-on experience inspecting vehicles, performing recalls, and completing maintenance on customer vehicles.
After one year, I advanced to a shop helper, doing whatever it took to learn every aspect of the trade and work toward my goal of becoming a full-line main shop service technician. Upon successfully completing the MOPAR CAP Program and earning certification, I was promoted to a full-time Service Technician.
Through years of experience across multiple dealerships, I’ve been fortunate to build a career grounded in discipline, consistency, and long-term focus.
